Order placed
A storefront or app checkout creates the order. It lands on /fulfillment with the full line-item list and ship-to address.
Pick + pack
Staff work the queue top-down. Tap Picked when the items are gathered, tap Packed when the box is sealed. Every tap stamps a timestamp.
Ship
Enter carrier (Auspost, Sendle, DHL, whoever) and the tracking number. Tap Shipped and the customer automatically gets an email with the tracking URL.
Delivered
Mark Delivered manually or let your carrier webhook close the loop. The order drops off the open queue and into the archive for analytics.
